At Door to Door, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Whether a rug doesn't fit the room or a lamp isn't the right shade, we are here to ensure your space is perfect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
