How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items, delivery may take 10-14 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-refundable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Door to Door ships within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options soon.
How can I track my delivery?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your package's progress.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects to ensure the highest quality for your home.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order moves to our fulfillment center and cannot be changed.
